Dr. Benjamin Kur has been practicing in the field of oral surgery for a decade, and he is also an active researcher and educator in the field. He is a graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, and he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at SUNY Stonybrook. In addition to his practice at Westchester Oral & Maxillofacial Associates, he is Staff Surgeon at New York Medical College/Westchester Medical Center, Montefiore Medical Center, and LIJ/NSUH.

Dr. Kur is dedicated not just to his own patients, but to advancing the field as a whole, too. He has served as a Clinical Instructor at Montefiore Medical Center, and he is Faculty Associate Professor of Surgery at New York Medical College/Westchester Medical Center. His research interests, on which he regularly presents at major surgical conferences, include jaw reconstruction for implant placement, pediatric maxillofacial surgery, maxillofacial trauma, and corrective jaw surgery.
